Victor Fuselier, MS, PA-C

     Mr. Fuselier is originally a native of southern Louisiana. He has spent the past 25 years in the healthcare industry and holds Bachelor of Science (BS) degrees from Tulane University, Louisiana State University-School of Allied Health, and Baylor College of Medicine. In 1995, he graduated with a Master of Science (MS) from Baylor College of Medicine, Physician Assistant Program in Houston, TX. Upon graduation he joined Cardiovascular Institute of the South (CIS) in Houma, Louisiana.

     For the next 13 years he specialized in cardiovascular, thoracic and peripheral vascular surgery. In 2005, Mr. Fuselier helped co-found the CIS Comprehensive Vein Center. In 2007 he left CIS and joined Baton Rouge Cardiology Center where he served as director of the Vein & Vascular Specialists at Baton Rouge Cardiology Center until 2011.

​     In 2011, Mr. Fuselier moved to North Texas to join Vein Centers of Texas and in 2013, along with Dr. Scott Powell, MD co-founded Texas Vein and Aesthetics. For the past 16 years, he has focused his expertise and attention on the treatment of leg pain, swelling, and difficult-to-heal wounds resulting from varicose veins.

     Virtual Vein Solutions was created in 2020 by Mr. Fuselier with an overall goal of helping connect patients with healthcare providers quickly, simply, and virtually. In addition, Mr. Fuselier is currently a resident of Coppell, TX, where he lives with his wife and four children.
